MADIOC INC reserves the right to adjust message frequency at any time. We will not send messages unrelated to our charitable mission.
Supported wireless carriers include but are not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, Cricket Wireless, and other major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Service availability may vary by carrier and location.
Standard message and data rates may apply to SMS messages sent to and from MADIOC INC, depending on your mobile carrier plan and subscription. MADIOC INC is not responsible for any charges imposed by your wireless carrier related to your use of our SMS program.

Donors are responsible for maintaining records of contributions for tax purposes. MADIOC INC will issue acknowledgment letters upon request. All donations are used exclusively in furtherance of the charitable mission of MADIOC INC, in accordance with IRS regulations governing tax-exempt nonprofit organizations. MADIOC INC does not guarantee specific outcomes or results as a result of any donation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MADIOC INC, its officers, directors, employees, and volunteers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or service interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services or SMS program — even if MADIOC INC has been advised of the possibility of such damages. MADIOC INC's total liability for any claim arising from use of our services shall not exceed fifty dollars ($50.00).
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which MADIOC INC is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that state.
